How do I show the Stash panel?
Move your cursor to the right edge of your screen, or use the global hotkey ⌥⌥ to capture clipboard content.
What file types are supported?
Stash supports images, documents, text files, URLs, archives, and more. Most common file types work seamlessly.
How does OCR work?
Drag an image into Stash, then click the OCR button (document with viewfinder icon) to extract text from images.
Can I use Stash offline?
Yes! Stash works completely offline. All your data stays on your Mac.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Click "Upgrade to Pro" in the Stash panel, or when you hit the 10-item limit, the upgrade prompt will appear automatically.

- Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) or Intel processor
- 50 MB available storage
Troubleshooting
Hotkey not working?
Grant Accessibility permissions in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility. Add Stash to the list of allowed apps.
Panel not showing?
Try moving your cursor to the very edge of the right side of your screen. The panel appears when you hover near the edge.
OCR not working?
Ensure the image contains clear, readable text. OCR works best with high-contrast text on simple backgrounds.
